Job Title:

Corporate Area Sales Executive Sustainable Packaging

Locations:

Ahmedabad / Remote

Experience Required:

Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in poly pack / flexible packaging sales to corporate clients, with proven order generation capability.

Who This Role Is For:

  • Professionals who can start generating corporate orders within 3060 days
  • Individuals with an existing corporate buyer network
  • Sales leaders who are comfortable working in a startup environment with minimal support

Key Responsibilities (Outcome-Focused):

Immediate Order Generation

Independently generate B2B corporate orders for compostable / bio-degradable poly packs.

Leverage existing relationships with procurement heads, factories, brands, logistics firms, FMCG, e-commerce players, and distributors.

Close orders end-to-end: lead generation sampling pricing negotiation PO.

Market & Account Development

Open new corporate accounts and convert them into repeat, high-volume customers.

Develop the assigned city/region as a revenue center.

Identify industries where compostable poly packs can replace conventional plastic.

Startup Ownership

Act as the face of the company in the market.

Provide real-time feedback on pricing, specs, and customer needs.

Coordinate directly with founders, production, and logistics teams.

Collections & Discipline

Ensure timely payments and credit discipline.

Maintain simple but accurate sales MIS and pipeline updates.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience in poly pack / flexible packaging corporate sales
  • Proven track record of closing corporate orders
  • Strong understanding of poly pack specs, thickness, costing, and applications
  • Ready to work in a startup, target-driven environment
  • Ability to work independently without brand leverage

Preferred Advantage:

  • Experience in compostable / biodegradable packaging
  • Knowledge of Plastic Waste Management Rules / EPR
  • Existing relationships with large buyers and procurement teams

KPIs (Clear & Measurable):

  • Corporate POs generated per month
  • Revenue achieved in assigned territory
  • Repeat orders within 90 days
  • Payment collections
