Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic Sales Executive to drive business growth by developing
customer relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and promoting HVAC
filtration products to pharmaceutical, healthcare and industrial clients.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and develop new business opportunities in the pharmaceutical, healthcare,
and industrial sectors.
Generate leads and convert them into sales through B2B sales strategies.
Present and demonstrate HVAC filtration solutions to potential clients, explaining
technical specifications and benefits.
Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable ISO 16890 EN 1822
certified air filtration solutions.
Develop strong relationships with HVAC consultants, contractors, project
managers, and procurement teams.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through strategic planning and client
engagement.
Work closely with the technical and RD teams to provide customized filtration
solutions.
Stay updated on industry regulations, cleanroom standards, and market trends.
Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and competitor analysis to enhance sales
strategies.
Participate in trade shows, exhibitions (e.g., ACREX INDIA 2025), and
networking events to expand market reach.
Key Requirements
Education: Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering,
Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience: 1-3 years of experience in HVAC, industrial equipment, or filtration
sales (freshers with strong sales aptitude may be considered).
Work experience in following Products- Air filters, Air Handling Units (AHUs),
Laminar Airflow Equipment, Cleanroom HVAC Components, Dehumidification
Temperature Control, Ducting Air Distribution Systems, Contamination Control

Skills
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to understand and explain technical filtration products.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM software.
- Self-motivated, result-oriented, and willing to travel for client meetings.
Language: Fluency in English and local language preferred.
