Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role located in Kolkata for a Sales Executive. The Sales Executive will engage with clients to understand their real estate needs, provide property guidance, and develop strong customer relationships. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, conducting property tours, negotiating deals, and achieving sales targets. Additional tasks involve maintaining accurate records, staying updated on market trends, and representing the company with professionalism and integrity.

Qualifications
  • Skills in Sales and Negotiation to engage with clients and close deals effectively
  • Exceptional Communication, Interpersonal, and Customer Relationship Management abilities
  • Knowledge of Market Trends, Real Estate Practices, and Property Management
  • Proficiency in Organizational Skills, Time Management, and Attention to Detail
  • Problem-Solving and Decision-Making skills
  • Proficient in using CRM software and digital tools
  • Prior experience in real estate or sales is an advantage
