Job Description Sales Executive (B2B Jewellery Sales)
Location: Sitapura Industrial Area, Jaipur
Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years (Jewellery Industry Preferred)
Salary Range: 25,000 30,000 per month

Job Objective
To manage and expand B2B sales of jewellery from factory to showrooms, starting with the Jaipur market and gradually extending to other cities, while maintaining strong client relationships and achieving monthly sales targets.
Key Responsibilities
B2B Sales Development
Visit jewellery showrooms and wholesalers to generate business.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new clients.
Market Coverage
Initially handle the Jaipur market.
Later, travel to other cities for business expansion as required.
Product Presentation
Present designs, collections, and catalogues to showroom owners and purchase heads.
Explain product features, quality, pricing, and customization options.
Order Management
Take client requirements and coordinate with the production and dispatch team.
Ensure timely delivery and client satisfaction.
Sales Target Achievement
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales goals.
Identify new business opportunities and report market trends.
Follow-up & Coordination
Maintain communication with clients for payments, order updates, and new offers.
Coordinate internally with design, production, and accounts departments.
Travel Readiness
Willing to travel outstation for business meetings and exhibitions as required.
Key Skills Required
Strong communication and negotiation skills
Experience in B2B jewellery sales / showroom dealing
Good knowledge of gold, diamond, or silver jewellery products
Client relationship management
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, WhatsApp Business, Email)
Must be confident, disciplined, and target-driven
Qualification
Graduate (B.Com / BBA / Any Equivalent Degree)
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in Jewellery Sales / B2B Sales
