Role Overview
We are looking for a results-driven Sales Executive to acquire and manage investors for our pool investment opportunities. This role involves educating potential investors, closing high-value deals, and building long-term investor relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Lead Generation & Prospecting
● Identify and connect with potential investors (HNI, professionals, entrepreneurs).
● Generate leads through networking, referrals, events, and digital outreach.
● Build and maintain a strong investor pipeline.
Investor Education & Conversion
● Present and explain pool investment opportunities clearly and confidently.
● Conduct calls, virtual meetings, and in-person presentations.
● Address investor queries on returns, risks, timelines, and structure.
● Convert prospects into active investors.
Relationship Management
● Build long-term trust with investors and maintain engagement.
● Coordinate onboarding and documentation with internal teams.
● Ensure excellent investor experience and retention.
Targets & Reporting
● Achieve monthly and quarterly investment targets.
● Maintain CRM updates and sales reports.
● Share market feedback and investor insights.
Requirements
● Minimum 2+ years of experience in financial sales, wealth management, real estate investment sales, or investment advisory.
● Strong communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
● Good understanding of investment concepts and financial products.
● Comfortable handling high-value conversations and targets.
● Self-motivated and performance-driven.
