Role Description The Sales Executive - B2C role is a full-time, on-site position based in New Delhi. In this role, the Sales Executive will engage directly with individual customers to promote MantraCare's wellness and chronic care programs, conduct product demos, and explain service benefits and pricing. The position involves managing inbound and outbound leads, following up on inquiries, and converting prospects through calls, messages, and in-person meetings where applicable. The Sales Executive will maintain accurate records in CRM tools, prepare basic sales reports, and collaborate with marketing and operations teams to improve customer experience and drive revenue growth. This role also includes meeting monthly and quarterly sales targets while providing empathetic, solution-focused guidance to prospective clients.
Qualifications
- Strong B2C sales and negotiation skills, with proven experience in converting leads and meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Customer relationship management skills, including effective communication, active listening, and handling objections with empathy and professionalism.
- Basic proficiency with CRM systems, sales tracking tools, and productivity software (e.g., spreadsheets, presentations, email platforms).
- Ability to explain healthcare or wellness services clearly, with a consultative approach focused on customer needs and outcomes.
- Comfort working in a fast-paced, metrics-driven environment, with strong organizational and time-management abilities.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in healthcare, wellness, insurance, or telehealth sales is an advantage.
- Fluency in English and Hindi, with strong verbal and written communication skills suitable for direct consumer interactions.
