Parth AI Solutions is an AI and software development company helping businesses run smarter — through operations platforms, intelligent automation, and AI-powered workflows. We work with variety of industries and business owners (primarily SMEs). We have multiple AI and Operations Software Products.
What You'll Do
You own sales. End to end — except the later stage meetings, which the founder handles. That means:
- Generating leads through cold calls, cold emails, LinkedIn, and local networks - targeting business owners
- Qualifying prospects and building genuine rapport with business owners
- Running discovery calls, video calls, and in-person meetings
- Persistent, structured follow-up until a decision is made
- Travelling to client cities when it moves a deal forward
What We're Looking For
Non-negotiable:
- 2–5 years of B2B sales experience — you've sold to business owners or decision-makers before, not just end users
- You know how to build trust with someone who runs a business — you can think like them, speak their language, earn their time
- Outbound is your primary mode — you don't wait for leads to come to you
- Comfortable with travel across Gujarat when needed
- Self-structured — you can plan your own week, track your own pipeline, and hold yourself accountable
Good to have:
- Background in B2B tech, IT solutions, or SaaS sales
- Any interest in or exposure to AI / automation (we'll handle the rest)
