Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities in the logistics and supply chain domain
  • Generate leads and convert them into long-term clients
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable logistics solutions
  • Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
  • Coordinate with operations and customer service teams to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and maintain CRM data regularly
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, competitors, and new opportunities
  • Negotiate pricing and close deals effectively.

Requirements:

  • 2–5 years of experience in sales/business development within the logistics, transportation, or supply chain industry
  • Strong understanding of logistics services such as freight, warehousing, distribution, or last-mile delivery
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and in a target-driven environment
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and CRM tools
