Role Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site position based in Amritsar. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and acquiring potential clients, maintaining relationships with existing customers, and meeting sales targets. Daily responsibilities will include promoting banking products and services, understanding customer needs, delivering excellent customer service, and preparing sales reports. The role will also involve collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of solutions.
Qualifications
- Proven expertise in Sales, Client Acquisition, and Business Development
- Strong understanding of banking products and financial services
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment and demonstrate results-oriented performance
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and other software for managing sales processes
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field
- Prior experience in banking or financial services is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills with an understanding of market trends
