This is a full-time on-site role located in Bhopal for a Pre-Sales Executive. The primary responsibilities include understanding client requirements, conducting product demonstrations, and customizing solutions to meet client needs. The Pre-Sales Executive will collaborate with sales and technical teams to prepare proposals, manage pre-sales activities, and provide technical insights to support business development. This role also involves maintaining strong relationships with potential clients and ensuring a seamless process from initial discussions to project handover.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills to convey technical and business concepts effectively
• Experience with conducting product demonstrations and crafting customized solutions
• Understanding of IT services, solutions, and evolving technology trends
• Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills to collaborate efficiently with teams and clients
• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities to address client requirements effectively
• Proficiency with CRM tools, presentation software, and related technologies
• Bachelor's degree in IT, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications are a plus
• Willingness to work on-site in Bhopal and manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment
