*About the Role*
At Art Gharana, we believe creativity can transform workplaces. As we expand our global B2B (corporate) vertical, we are looking for a B2B Sales Executive who can build strong relationships with international corporate clients, understand their business needs, and drive revenue through tailored creative and wellness solutions.
This is not a B2C role. You will work exclusively with corporate clients, HR teams, L&D heads, and business decision-makers across global markets.
*Key Responsibilities*
B2B Sales & Business Development
Generate and qualify B2B leads through outbound and inbound channels
Build and maintain strong relationships with international corporate clients
Understand client requirements and recommend suitable Art Gharana programs
Conduct sales presentations and product demos for corporate stakeholders
Prepare and negotiate pricing, proposals, and commercial terms
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
Coordinate with marketing teams for campaigns, partnerships, and lead nurturing
Client Communication & Account Support
Act as the primary point of contact for B2B clients during the sales cycle
Respond to client queries related to programs, pricing, timelines, and onboarding
Coordinate internally with operations, program managers, and support teams
Ensure smooth handover from sales to onboarding/operations teams
Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and deals in CRM systems
Reporting & Process Improvement
Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports
Track pipeline, conversions, and client feedback
Identify recurring client needs and share insights to improve offerings and sales processes
*Qualifications & Skills*
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field
13 years of experience in B2B sales, corporate sales, or account management
Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal)
Comfortable working in US Pacific time zone
Strong negotiation, presentation, and relationship-building skills
Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and online communication tools
Experience with CRM tools and sales tracking (preferred)
Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, remote environment
