  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts, hospitals, clinics, and healthcare professionals.
  • Promote and sell ophthalmological products to hospitals and other healthcare institutions.
  • Identify new business opportunities and work towards achieving sales targets.
  • Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and training sessions for healthcare professionals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, regulatory, and logistics, to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to provide insights for business growth.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide after-sales support.
  • Frequent travel within the assigned territory to meet clients, attend conferences, and support business activities.
  • The OT attendance is must a minimum of ten days a month if surgical sales is allocated.

Qualification: Optometry

Passed out: 2025

Experience: 0 to 3 years in Ophthalmology equipment sales/Pharma sales
