Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in Delhi, OH. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and cultivating relationships with new and existing clients, creating strategic sales plans, and meeting sales targets. The role also involves conducting market analysis, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. As a critical contributor to business growth, the Sales Executive will provide exceptional customer service and actively seek opportunities to enhance client partnerships and organizational success.

Qualifications
  • Proven skills in Business Development, Lead Generation, and Client Relationship Management
  • Experience in Sales Pipeline Management, Forecasting, and Meeting Sales Targets
  • Strong Interpersonal, Negotiation, and Communication skills
  • Ability to conduct Market Research and Data Analysis to inform strategizing efforts
  • Proficiency in CRM Tools, Presentation Skills, and Sales Reports Preparation
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work effectively in a team environment
  • Knowledge of global trade and market expansion strategies is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
  • Prior experience in sales or client management within events, HR, or financial services is advantageous
