Role Overview
We are seeking a dynamic sales executive who can drive revenue growth, expand market presence, and establish strong partnerships with retailers, distributors, and institutions. The ideal candidate understands premium FMCG sales and can position AUM Premium as a lifestyle choice, not just a product.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Growth
- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
- Build and expand distribution channels across retail, HORECA, corporates, gyms, spas, and wellness centres.
- Identify new markets and high-value sales opportunities.
- Manage and scale relationships with distributors, stockists, and key accounts.
Market & Brand Expansion
- Drive visibility for AUM Premium in high-end retail and modern trade outlets.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to execute sampling, activations, and brand placement initiatives.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends to refine sales strategy.
Operations & Reporting
- Ensure smooth supply chain coordination with production and logistics teams.
- Track sales performance, forecast demand, and maintain accurate reporting dashboards.
- Manage sales teams, train field staff, and maintain strong execution discipline.
Requirements
- 6 months + of experience in FMCG/beverage/premium category sales.
- Strong understanding of distribution, modern trade, and institutional sales.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
- Passion for wellness, premium brands, and consumer experience.
