JOB BRIEF
Our company requires a General/Modern Trade Executive - Sales with strong interpersonal and communication skills, a focus on organization, and enhanced multitasking abilities. Can manage & Develop import sector, can work closely with key clients, oversee the operations and the entire sales cycle smoothly.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES& RESPONSIBILITIES:
ؠDevelop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts (department stores and modern trade stores) to
ensure product registration and sales growth.
ؠDaily 5-6 Clients Visits (Department stores & Modern trade store etc.) for Sale meetings.
ؠEnsure timely and successful registration of products in key accounts, meeting sales and revenue targets.
ؠPlanning and achieving target account-wise share.
ؠMeet or exceed sales targets for registered products in key accounts.
ؠIncrease revenue from key accounts through effective product registration, promotion, and sales strategies.
ؠEnsure prominent display and visibility of products in key accounts, adhering to merchandising standards.
ؠPlan and execute in-store promotions, demos, and events to drive sales and increase product awareness.
ؠEnsure accurate and timely order processing, delivery, and stock management for key accounts.
ؠMonitor and manage inventory levels in key accounts to prevent stock outs and overstocking.
ؠProvide regular sales reports and analysis to stakeholders, highlighting trends, opportunities, and challenges.
ؠNegotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with key clients to ensure mutual satisfaction.
ؠMaintain accurate and up-to-date records of all contracts, agreements, and communications
with clients.
ؠAddress any issues or concerns from clients promptly and effectively, providing timely solutions.
ؠGather & Share market insights, competitor activity & Customer feedback to inform product development &
Sales Strategy.
ؠProvide actionable insights and recommendations to senior management to improve business outcomes.
SKILLS REQUIRED:
ؠProven 3+ years of workingexperience in Pharma / FMCG as a Key Account Manager - Import Channel or a relevant role.
ؠProven sales track record.
ؠProficiency in Computer skills, Excel or PPT's and etc.
ؠProficiency in English& Presentable.
ؠMarket knowledge.
ؠCommunication and negotiationskills.
ؠAbility to build rapport.
ؠTime management and planning skills.
ؠMust be Graduate /Post Graduate (Marketing).
