We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive / Assistant Manager for our showroom, a well-established jewellery brand with 22 years of experience in the industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for jewellery.
Responsibilities
- Assist customers in selecting and purchasing jewellery products.
- Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom display.
- Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
- Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
- Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and trends.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to promote showroom events and offers.
- Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
- Train and mentor junior sales staff as needed.
Skills and Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 1-11 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewellery industry.
- Strong knowledge of jewellery products and trends.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using point of sale (POS) systems and inventory management software.
