We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive / Assistant Manager for our showroom, a well-established jewellery brand with 22 years of experience in the industry. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail sales, excellent customer service skills, and a passion for jewellery.

Responsibilities

  • Assist customers in selecting and purchasing jewellery products.
  • Maintain an organized and visually appealing showroom display.
  • Provide exceptional customer service to enhance the shopping experience.
  • Meet and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.
  • Conduct market research to understand customer preferences and trends.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to promote showroom events and offers.
  • Handle cash transactions and maintain accurate records.
  • Train and mentor junior sales staff as needed.

Skills and Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
  • 1-11 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the jewellery industry.
  • Strong knowledge of jewellery products and trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
