JOB PURPOSE:
This position is responsible for formulating and implementing strategic plans to
expand the company's dealer and distributor network, driving sales growth, and
ensuring the successful execution of marketing strategies.
JOB DESCRIPTION:
To visit the markets as defined by the team and do market search for new dealers &
distributor for EV.
2. To achieve a sales of Minimum order quantity of 12 vehicles per month.
3. Study the new models and prices for the dealers
4. Develop effective business strategies to achieve company goals.
5. Work closely with the leadership team to align strategies with overall business
objectives.
6. Identify, create, and establish new clients, including dealers and distributors, to
expand the company's market presence.
7. Maintain and nurture strong relationships with existing dealers and distributors,
ensuring high levels of satisfaction and loyalty.
8. Develop and assess marketing strategies to increase client acquisition and
retention.
9. Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business
opportunities.
10. Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional
campaigns that align with the business goals.
11. Drive the sales and distribution of new and existing product portfolios.
12. Monitor sales performance and market penetration to ensure the successful
distribution of products.
13. Conduct regular market visits to understand client needs, gather feedback, and
provide solutions.
14. Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed the sales targets set by the
company.
15. Any other task assigned by superior from time to time
JOB SPECIFICATIONS,KRA's, QUALIFICATION & JOB REQUIREMENT:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA
is preferred, with minimum age needs to be 26 years.
4 years of minimum experience sales, business development, or a similar role,
preferably in a B2B or distribution environment in EV industry
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Strong communication skills to engage with clients.
Attention to detail and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Should have a go getter attitude.
