Role Description

This is a full-time Sales Executive/Area Sales Manager role based on-site in Panaji/Verna. The role involves promoting and selling laboratory products and solutions to clients, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Responsibilities include meeting sales targets, conducting market research, delivering product presentations, and providing after-sales support. Collaboration with internal teams to address customer needs and ensure satisfaction is also an essential part of the role.

Qualifications

  • Sales and business development skills, including client relationship management and the ability to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with an ability to articulate product benefits and solutions effectively
  • Basic knowledge of laboratory products such as lab instruments, chemicals, and consumables; experience in the lab equipment industry is a plus
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to conduct market research and identify new opportunities
  • Organizational and planning skills to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • Prior experience in a sales or account management role, ideally within the lab equipment or scientific solutions sector
  • Bachelor's degree in Science, Business Administration, Marketing, or related fields
