Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site position for a Sales Executive specializing in Architecture & Interior Lighting, based in Chennai. The Sales Executive will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, understanding their lighting needs, and providing tailored solutions. The role involves identifying new leads, preparing and delivering presentations, negotiating contracts, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The individual will collaborate with the internal team to achieve sales targets, follow up on client inquiries, and stay updated on industry trends and new product offerings.
Qualifications
- Sales and Client Relationship Management: Proven ability in sales, client acquisition, and maintaining long-term customer relationships.
- Industry Knowledge: Understanding of architecture and interior design, as well as familiarity with lighting products and solutions.
- Communication and Presentation Skills: Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to effectively interact with clients and stakeholders.
- Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Proficiency in CRM software and ability to analyze sales data.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving, ability to work independently, and strong organizational skills.
- Previous experience in the architecture or lighting industry is a plus.
