Job Description

Urgent Requirement – Sales Executive

**Location:** Vadodara

**Job Type:** Full-Time | In-Office

**Department:** Sales

**Salary:** ₹20,000 – ₹25,000 per month (Based on experience & performance) 

## Key Responsibilities

* Handle inbound and outbound calls for leads generated through marketing campaigns.

* Understand customer requirements and explain solar solutions accordingly.

* Follow up regularly with potential customers to drive conversions.

* Coordinate with the technical and operations team for quotations, site visits, and project discussions.

* Maintain lead records and update CRM/sales tracking sheets regularly.

* Generate sales opportunities through effective communication and relationship building.

* Build long-term customer relationships for referrals and repeat business.

* Provide timely updates and reports to management regarding lead status and sales pipeline.

## Required Skills & Qualifications

* Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred).

* 1-2 years of experience in sales, telecalling, customer handling, or business development

* Strong verbal communication and convincing skills.

* Good follow-up and negotiation abilities.

* Basic knowledge of MS Excel, CRM software, and email communication.

* Ability to work in a target-oriented environment.

* Professional attitude and positive personality.
