Job Title: Sales Executive (Calling, Demo & Deal Closure)
Work Location: Vadodara

Roles and Responsibilities:
· Manage the end-to-end sales cycle including calling, product demos, and deal closure.
· Conduct outbound calls to generate and qualify leads.
· Deliver compelling sales pitches aligned with customer needs.
· Schedule and conduct customized software demos to drive engagement and conversion.
· Handle objections confidently and convert prospects into paying customers.
· Take ownership of sales targets, KPIs, and deadlines.
· Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and deal stages in CRM tools.
· Continuously analyze sales performance and refine strategies to improve conversions.
· Develop strong product understanding to effectively communicate value to customers.
· Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to improve outreach and conversion rates.
Technical Skills: Must Have
· Experience in tele-calling, product demos, and deal closures
· Understanding of sales funnel and conversion metrics
· Hands-on experience with CRM tools
Technical Skills: Should Have
· Experience in SaaS / software sales
· Ability to analyze sales data and improve conversion strategies
· Familiarity with sales automation tools
Technical Skills: Good to Have
· Exposure to B2B and B2C sales environments
· Understanding of legal-tech or similar domains
Non-Technical Skills:
· Excellent communication and articulation skills (English proficiency mandatory)
· Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving ability
· Extroverted and assertive personality with high confidence
· Ability to take ownership and work towards targets and deadlines
· Strong negotiation and objection-handling skills
· Proactive attitude with a learning mindset
Qualification:
· Bachelor's degree in any field (preferred)
· 2+ year of experience in sales (calling + demo exposure preferred)
