Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive located in Chengalpattu. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, generating leads, and maintaining strong customer relationships. Daily responsibilities include presenting and promoting the company's products and solutions, negotiating contracts, and achieving sales targets. The role will also involve working closely with teams to align sales goals with the company's strategic objectives.

Qualifications

  • Sales and negotiation skills with experience in B2C and industrial product sales
  • BOM preparation and price knowledge is must
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships
  • Technical knowledge of industrial products such as electrical panels, robotics, motion controllers
  • Analytical skills for understanding market trends, identifying opportunities, and creating sales strategies
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and basic computer software such as MS Office, MS Excel.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach, and the ability to work independently
  • Prior experience in industries like automation, manufacturing, or related fields is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field
