Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Executive and Relationship Manager based in Bengaluru. The role involves regular client interactions to understand their real estate needs and provide tailored solutions, facilitating property transactions, and maintaining relationships with customers. Responsibilities also include meeting sales targets, generating leads, educating clients about NoBroker.com's services, and acting as a trusted advisor to ensure a seamless and satisfying experience for customers.

Qualifications
  • Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
  • Proficiency in sales strategies, lead generation, and client management
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with diverse stakeholders
  • Solid understanding of real estate processes and customer service excellence
  • Problem-solving abilities and a customer-focused mindset
  • Proficiency in tools and technologies related to sales and CRM systems
  • Willingness to work on-site in Bengaluru
  • Prior experience in sales and relationship management, particularly in the real estate or service sector, is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
