Role Description

We are looking for an experienced and motivated Sales Executive for our valve sales operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industrial valves - especially L&T valves - and a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with EPCs, OEMs, and end users.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue and growth targets for L&T Valves and related products.

Identify and cultivate new business opportunities within assigned territories and industries.

Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants, and channel partners.

Provide technical and commercial support to clients, ensuring optimal valve selection and satisfaction.

Track market trends and customer needs to guide business development.

Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and project pipelines to management.

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or related Engineering field (preferred).

Minimum 5 years of sales experience in the industrial valves or flow control sector.

Familiarity with L&T Valves and related product lines is a strong advantage.

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

Self-motivated and able to work independently as well as part of a team.

Willingness to travel as needed for client visits and business development.
