Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Executive based in Bengaluru. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and reaching out to potential clients, presenting and demonstrating our products, and closing sales. Day-to-day tasks include managing customer relationships, understanding customer requirements, coordinating with the technical team, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Sales Executive will also handle market research to stay updated with industry trends and competitors.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, preferably in the cooling systems industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Ability to understand and meet client needs effectively
- Proficiency in market research and competitor analysis
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to travel within the region
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
- Prior experience in the cooling systems or HVAC industry is a plus
