Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Sales Executive role located in Noida. The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, generating sales leads, and building relationships with clients. This role requires developing and executing sales strategies, conducting market research, maintaining detailed sales records, and collaborating with internal teams to meet company objectives. Additionally, the Sales Executive will focus on achieving sales targets and communicating client needs effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in sales, lead generation, and account management
• Strong understanding of market analysis and developing sales strategies
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Proficiency in CRM tools and sales tracking software
• Ability to work collaboratively across teams, including technical and operations teams
• Strong organizational and time management skills
• Familiarity with the aerospace, technology, or drone industry is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field
• Fluency in English required; proficiency in additional regional languages is advantageous
