Role Description

We are seeking a persuasive and empathetic Telecaller to join our collections team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for contacting customers with overdue payments, negotiating repayment terms, and ensuring timely recovery of outstanding debts while adhering to legal and company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in financial reporting, auditing, and overseeing budget processes
• Field sales experience required
• Make the follow ups of pending payments
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment with self-discipline and attention to detail
• Prior experience in the steel, cement, or related wholesale industries is an advantage

Location : Vasna Road, Vadodara.

Salary : 25k - 35k
