Roles and Responsibilities
- Manage concrete admixture business in assigned territory, focusing on retail sales and achieving monthly targets.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, identifying their needs and providing solutions through our range of construction chemical products.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery of products and resolve customer issues promptly.
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and new product launches.
- Achieve revenue growth by increasing sales volume, improving pricing strategies, and expanding distribution channels.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 2-5 years of experience in admixture sales or related field (construction chemicals).
- Strong understanding of building materials such as cement, admixture sales , concrete sales,
- steel, tiles etc., along with knowledge of relevant regulations.
- Excellent communication skills for effective customer interaction; ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
