About the Role
We are looking for enthusiastic and driven freshers to join our Affiliate Marketing team as Sales Executives. This role involves connecting with potential partners, onboarding affiliates, and contributing to revenue growth through performance-based marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and reach out to potential affiliates, publishers, and partners
- Pitch company offerings and onboard new affiliates
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing partners
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution
- Monitor campaign performance and share regular updates
- Negotiate deals and commission structures with affiliates
- Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any field (Marketing/Business preferred)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic understanding of sales or digital marketing is a plus
- Highly motivated with a willingness to learn
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good negotiation and persuasion skills
