Job Description

Identify and generate leads either through self or networking.
Cold calling and meetings with potential customers
Responding to incoming enquiries
Close follow up with prospective customers, inquiries, and close sales.
Understanding customers requirement and presenting the project appropriately.
Sharing and explaining the correct and complete information about the Project
Accompanying the customer for the site visit
Maintaining and developing relationships with existing customers and potential customers (Pre-Sales, During Sales, Post Sales, and Post Possession)
Follow up on modifications if any with the construction department for the customer.
Collect and assimilate the customer information and maintain the customer database.
Develop, Build, and maintain relationship with outside industry.
Develop, Build, and maintain relationship with other developers and create competitor's database.
Develop, Build, and maintain relationship with Sales Ambassadors and Brokers.
Achieve Sales and Collection targets in time as per the targets defined by the management.
Prepare Sales Information Sheets for all the closed sales.
Prepare and co-ordinate for complete Sales Documentation including the loan formalities and extend any other documentation related support in time and with accuracy.
Signing as the witness in the sales document, where the closure is done by self.
Raising Debit Note for interest in the delayed payment.
Signing the demand letters to the customers for due payment
ERP Entries and updates
Preparation of Sales MIS Reports
Timely and accurate submissions to the senior authority
Compliance and adherence to the Department Policies and procedures
Finalize the deal within the framework given by the management.
Sending the sales offer to the prospective customer inquiries which are signed and pre-approved by the Sales Manager.
