About The Role
We are looking for a dynamic and motivated
Sales Executive to drive revenue growth through
hyperlocal brand connections . The role involves
travelling across the city to identify potential clients, generate leads, and close deals for our digital advertising network. You will act as the face of our company, building strong relationships with brands, agencies, and local businesses.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and approach local brands, retail outlets, and SMEs for advertising opportunities across our digital screens.
- Generate new business leads through field visits, cold calls, and local networking.
- Present media solutions to potential clients, explain pricing models, and close deals.
- Maintain a consistent sales pipeline and achieve monthly/quarterly targets.
- Gather client requirements and coordinate with the internal operations team for campaign execution.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client feedback, and market insights.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients for repeat business.
Keep track of competitor activities and emerging market trends in the local area.
Requirements
- 13 years of experience in on-ground sales, preferably in media, advertising, or FMCG sectors.
- Strong networking and negotiation skills .
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities in English and local language.
- Comfortable with extensive fieldwork and travel within the city.
- Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of digital/outdoor advertising will be an advantage.
