Role Description
We are seeking a Sales Executive for a full-time, on-site role located in North Goa. The Sales Executive will be responsible for promoting and selling resort packages, building and maintaining partnerships with travel agencies and clients, and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. They will manage customer inquiries, curate personalized experiences for guests, and actively seek growth opportunities through effective communication and negotiation. Staying updated on market trends and providing regular sales reports to management are also crucial aspects of the role.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and client relationship management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and develop sales strategies
- Experience in the hospitality or travel industry is highly beneficial
- Organizational and time management skills; ability to manage multiple tasks under tight deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite; familiarity with sales or CRM tools is preferred
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Marketing, or a related field
