Prosper Overseas is hiring an experienced Junior Counsellor/ Sales Executive to support students aspiring to study abroad and to contribute to our growing international education network.
Roles & Responsibilities:- Assist Senior Counsellors with end-to-end counselling support for overseas education, including admissions, visa processes, and immigration documentation.
- Review and evaluate student profiles and support university/program shortlisting based on academic background, financial capacity, and career objectives.
- Act as a point of contact for assigned students, addressing queries and challenges during various stages of the admission and visa lifecycle in a timely and professional manner.
- Support student recruitment activities and contribute towards team and individual business targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams and senior counsellors to ensure smooth processing and timely follow-ups.
- Engage on social media platforms by sharing educational and informative content related to overseas education, under company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate student records, communication logs, and follow-ups using the company CRM system.
- Stay updated on admission requirements, visa policies, and partner university updates to effectively assist senior team members.
- Support the organization during university interactions, events, and international visits when required.
Eligibility & Skills- Bachelor's or Master's degree in any discipline (Education/Counselling preferred).
- 0-1 years of experience in Sales or B2C roles.
