Job Description

As the Manager - Sales Excellence (MCA), you will act as a strategic partner to the MCA sales leadership, enabling performance through data, insights, and operational excellence. Key responsibilities include:

HubSpot Management & Reporting

  • Build, optimize, and maintain CRM dashboards and reporting frameworks.
  • Publish daily, weekly, and monthly performance insights.
  • Develop custom reports for key sales KPIs and ensure consistent data integrity.



Performance Tracking & Analysis

  • Track and publish monthly targets vs. achievements.
  • Design incentive schemes and monitor performance for individuals and teams.
  • Highlight pipeline trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • Present periodic updates to leadership on sales progress.



Sales Operations Support

  • Manage lead allocation and conversion tracking.
  • Identify and resolve process gaps across sales workflows.
  • Coordinate merchant documentation for smooth onboarding.



Strategic Initiatives & Product Support

  • Support implementation of segment strategies to improve funnel efficiency.
  • Assist in special initiatives and key projects for business scale-up.
  • Collaborate with the product team on feature development aligned with market needs.

The Successful Applicant

  • 4-6 years of experience in sales excellence or sales operations.
  • Background in fintech, ecommerce, or similar high-growth industries.
  • Proficiency in HubSpot CRM (or similar platforms) and advanced Excel/data analysis.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or related field MBA preferred.
