Job Summary
We are looking for a Senior Sales & Marketing Executive with 5+ years of experience to drive
business growth, lead client acquisition, and strengthen Vinnovatelabz's market presence.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, digital marketing strategies,
and client relationship management, preferably in the IT or technology domain.

Key Responsibilities
Drive B2B sales for IT services, software solutions, and digital offerings
Identify new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and market research
Develop and execute sales and marketing strategies aligned with company goals
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to deal closure
Collaborate with technical and product teams to propose customized solutions
Track sales performance, prepare reports, and meet revenue targets
Support branding, campaigns, and digital marketing initiatives

Required Skills & Experience
5+ years of experience in Sales & Marketing, preferably in IT / SaaS / Digital Services
Strong understanding of B2B sales processes and client handling
Experience in lead generation, proposal creation, and negotiations
Good communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and drive targets
Familiarity with CRM tools and sales analytics is a plus

Preferred Qualifications
Experience working with startups or tech-driven companies
Exposure to international or enterprise clients
MBA or equivalent qualification in Sales / Marketing (preferred)
