Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Pune International Airport for an entry-level Sales position at the Money Exchange Counter. The Sales representative will be responsible for daily tasks such as assisting customers with foreign exchange transactions, providing top-notch customer service, managing cash and currency stocks, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements. Additional duties include participating in sales strategies to meet targets, enrolling customers in discount and loyalty programs, and maintaining accurate records of all transactions.

This is a roaster based job with Day and night shift which is of 12 hours (4 days duty and 2 days off).

Passport is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Fresher or maximum 1 years of experience in sales/customer service/cashier
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Sales and Sales Management capabilities
• Ability to train and guide customers on forex products and services
• Attention to detail and accuracy in handling transactions
• Basic knowledge of foreign exchange services is advantageous
• Ability to work well in a team environment
• Graduation in any discipline
