Job Summary
We are looking for a dynamic and technically sound Sales Engineer with a Mechanical
Engineering background to support our sales operations in Pune. The ideal candidate will be
responsible for identifying new business opportunities, understanding customer requirements, proposing suitable elevator solutions, and coordinating with internal teams to close sales
successfully. Key Responsibilities
Generate and develop new business leads for elevators, parking systems and related
solutions. Conduct site visits to assess customer requirements and technical feasibility. Understand client needs and recommend appropriate elevator/parking system solutions. Prepare technical and commercial proposals. Coordinate with design, engineering, and installation teams for solution finalization. Present products and solutions to clients, architects, builders, and consultants. Negotiate pricing, terms, and conditions to close orders profitably. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients for repeat business. Track sales activities and update CRM / internal sales records. Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments.
Required Skills & Competencies
Strong understanding of mechanical systems and engineering concepts. Ability to read and understand basic drawings and specifications. Excellent communication and presentation skills. Customer-focused mindset with problem-solving ability. Negotiation and closing skills. Willingness to travel for site visits and client meetings. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Knowledge of elevators/parking system is an added advantage. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma – Mechanical). 1–4 years of experience in technical sales. Freshers with strong technical understanding and sales aptitude may also apply. COMPANY PROFILE:
