Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer located in Noida, India. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for bridging the gap between technical solutions and customer needs, working closely with both clients and internal teams. Daily tasks will include providing technical support, demonstrating product advantages, presenting to potential clients, assisting with the sales process, and addressing customer concerns to ensure satisfaction. The role also requires collaboration with the product and engineering teams to align solutions with client requirements.

Qualifications

• Ability to explain Prefab Solutions to clients effectively, previous prefab experience will be an advantage.
• Good Client Service skills to address client inquiries and ensure satisfaction
• Good Communication skills, ensuring clear and impactful interactions with client and stakeholders
• Problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to identifying and addressing customer needs
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• Familiarity with prefab or modular construction solutions is an advantage
• Proficiency in maintaining customer data, reading drawings, preparing proposals, and quotations.
