Urgent Hiring: Proposal/Quotation Specialist (2–3 Years Experience)

Location: New Delhi

Company: SURESALES AUTOMATION PVT LTD

Key Responsibilities:

Analyze RFQs, technical specs, and drawings.

Prepare cost estimates, BOMs, and pricing.

Draft technical/commercial proposals.

Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and project teams.

Attend pre-bid meetings and site visits.

Ensure compliance with industry and safety standards.

Maintain proposal templates and pricing data.

Support sales during negotiation and clarifications.

Qualifications:

Degree/Diploma in Engineering.

2–3 years in proposals/estimation.

Knowledge of mechanical systems, costing, and documentation.

Key Skills:

Technical and analytical thinking

Costing and attention to detail

Reading technical drawings

Project/time management

Teamwork and communication

Preferred:

Experience in EPC, HVAC, oil & gas, or fabrication

Knowledge of ASME, ASTM, API standards

Familiarity with public-sector or international bidding
