Job Title: Sales Engineer
Reporting To: Sales Manager / Business Development Head
Experience Required: 25 Years (preferably in capital machinery or CNC domain)
Location: Surat
Key Responsibilities:
Generate leads and identify potential customers in PEB, heavy engineering, and allied industries
Understand client requirements and recommend appropriate CNC drilling machine solutions
Prepare and deliver impactful sales presentations and technical product demonstrations
Coordinate with internal design and technical teams to develop accurate proposals and quotations
Negotiate pricing, terms, and close deals in line with company policies and margins
Maintain CRM systems, update sales reports, and document customer interactions regularly
Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and product seminars
Build and nurture long-term client relationships to ensure repeat business and referrals
Provide market feedback to internal teams on customer needs, competitors, and product performance
Skills:
Proven experience in sales of capital equipment or CNC machinery is highly desirable
Strong technical knowledge of CNC machines and industrial manufacturing applications
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently with a result-oriented mindset
Willingness to travel as required for client visits and business development
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM platforms, and digital communication tools

Passion for engineering and technology
Target-driven with a focus on meeting sales goals and deadlines
Ability to communicate complex technical concepts in a simple and persuasive manner.
Qualifications:
Degree/Diploma in Mechanical / Production Engineering or related technical field.
Proven experience in capital equipment / CNC machine sales is highly preferred.
Strong technical understanding of CNC machines and industrial applications.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and travel as required.
