Role Description

The Sales Engineer will play a crucial role in driving sales efforts across the West India and/ or South India regions. Responsibilities include identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with customers, providing technical support and solutions, and delivering presentations to promote Katlax's products and solutions. The Sales Engineer will handle inquiries, prepare proposals, engage in negotiations, and ensure customer satisfaction. This is a full-time, on-site role located in Ahmedabad.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Sales Engineering and Sales, with the ability to understand and convey technical product knowledge to customers effectively.
• Strong Technical Support skills to assist in resolving client issues and provide technical solutions tailored to customer requirements.
• Excellent Communication and Customer Service abilities to build and maintain professional relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently as well as in a team-oriented environment.
• Relevant experience in industrial automation, factory automation, or related industries is highly advantageous. Preferably in connectors and Wiring harness industry.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electronics, Electrical, or related field) is preferred.
• Willingness to travel within the assigned regions as required.
