Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role located in Navi Mumbai for a Sales Engineer. The Sales Engineer will integrate technical expertise with sales strategies to present tailored solutions to clients. Primary responsibilities include understanding client requirements, delivering product demonstrations, providing technical support, and building robust client relationships. The role also entails collaborating with the internal team to ensure optimal customer satisfaction while achieving sales targets.

Qualifications

• Expertise in Sales Engineering and Technical Support to evaluate and solve customer technical challenges
• Strong Sales and Customer Service skills to establish and maintain productive client relationships
• Effective Communication skills for presenting solutions and collaborating with teams and clients
• Problem-solving mindset with the ability to explain technical details to non-technical clients
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field preferred
• Previous experience in a similar role in engineering or technical sales is advantageous
