Udyog Engineering is looking for a motivated and field-ready Sales Engineer to drive product sales, develop strong customer relationships, and support technical solution delivery. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in engineering sales, excellent communication skills, and a strong understanding of industrial products.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify, meet, and convert potential industrial clients.
- Promote and sell company products such as diesel engines, electric motors, pumping systems, and related engineering solutions.
- Conduct product presentations, demos, and technical discussions with clients.
- Understand customer requirements and coordinate with the technical team for suitable solutions.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Prepare visit reports, quotations, and follow-ups for order closure.
- Build and maintain strong long-term customer relationships.
- Travel to customer sites as required (local & outstation).
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in engineering/industrial sales.
- Diploma or BE in Electrical / Mechanical / General Engineering.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and customer-handling skills.
- Knowledge of industrial products will be an added advantage.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets.
- Willingness to travel frequently.
