Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Technical Sales Engineer. The role is based in Coimbatore, with some flexibility for remote work. Day-to-day tasks include engaging with clients to understand their technical requirements, providing product demonstrations, aligning solutions to customer needs, and offering technical support. The Technical Sales Engineer will also collaborate with the sales team to achieve targets, prepare proposals, and lead technical discussions to foster customer satisfaction and sales growth.

Qualifications

  • Experience in Technical Sales and Sales Engineering to understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products and solutions.
  • Proficiency in Sales and Communication skills to build relationships and negotiate effectively with clients.
  • Ability to provide Technical Support and troubleshoot product issues to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Strong team collaboration, problem-solving, and adaptability skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or any related technical field is preferred.
  • Experience in the tools or machinery industry is an advantage.
