Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new business opportunities and drive sales of machinery, automation systems, and tools.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, providing them with solutions and technical support.
  • Conduct product demos and explain technical features to customers, ensuring they understand the value of the solutions.
  • Research market trends, monitor competitors, and provide feedback to improve offerings.
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electronics, Automation, etc.).
  • 2-4 years of experience in sales, preferably in machinery, automation, or tools.
  • Strong technical knowledge and ability to explain complex products to non-technical clients.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to work independently and travel as needed to meet clients.
