Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Sales Engineer located in Delhi, The Sales Engineer will be responsible for overseeing sales processes, generating leads, managing client relationships, and delivering technical presentations tailored to meet the specific needs of customers. Daily tasks will include identifying potential clients, creating customized solutions, coordinating with the technical team, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role also involves maintaining extensive knowledge of company products, services, and market trends to support business growth and enhance client partnerships.

Qualifications

• Sales and client relationship management skills, including the ability to identify prospects and maintain customer engagement
• Technical understanding of sealing solutions, industrial products, and application-specific solutions
• Strong presentation and communication skills to deliver technical information effectively
• Problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities in both technical and business contexts
• Knowledge of industries such as food & beverage, pharmaceuticals, oil & gas, or engineering is advantageous
• Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering, industrial engineering, or a related field
• Experience in a similar role, with a proven track record in achieving sales targets, is preferred
• Willingness to work on-site in Delhi.
