We are hiring a performance-driven Sales Engineer with experience in Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) and structural steel solutions. The role focuses on business development, techno-commercial coordination, and order closure across industrial and commercial projects .
Key Responsibilities:
- Generate and convert leads for PEB structures such as warehouses and industrial facilities
- Engage architects, consultants, EPC contractors, and end clients for inquiry generation
- Coordinate with design and estimation teams to develop proposals and BOQs
- Prepare and present techno-commercial offers and negotiate contract terms
- Monitor tenders, RFQs, and ensure timely order finalization
- Achieve defined sales targets and maintain CRM updates
- Support site visits and project handover processes
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of PEB systems, GA drawings, and cost estimation
- Strong negotiation and client management abilities
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools
- Willingness to travel extensively
