Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new customers and untapped markets
  • Add new distributors and expand the distribution network strategically
  • Increase channel sales share by working closely with existing distributors
  • Maintain a healthy working relationship with distributors to ensure mutual growth and alignment
  • Provide product knowledge and support related to machinery safety and automation solutions
  • Monitor sales performance and prepare periodic MIS reports
  • Ensure smooth flow of communication between channel partners and internal teams

Candidate Profile

  • 2 to 6 years of experience in channel sales or distributor management
  • Strong understanding of industrial automation and machinery safety products
  • Experience in developing new markets and managing distributor networks
  • Skilled in balancing distributor expectations with company objectives
  • Proficient in MIS reporting and sales analysis
  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills
