Role Description

This is a contract role for a Sales Engineer in the steel industry, based on-site in Mumbai. The Sales Engineer will be responsible for identifying and pursuing sales opportunities, providing technical support to clients, and maintaining customer relationships. The role involves analyzing client needs, proposing tailored solutions, and collaborating with internal teams to ensure product suitability and satisfaction. The Sales Engineer will also be responsible for achieving sales targets and providing prompt support to address any technical inquiries.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Sales Engineering and Technical Support.
• Strong Sales and Customer Service skills.
• Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively interact with clients and team members.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of the steel industry and associated products is an advantage.
