Pooja Engineering is a well-established company since more than two decades based out of Mumbai Andheri East and with its Warehouse operations in Vasai, Maharashtra. The company has the dealership of MNC Brand like KSB Pumps, ABB Motors, Neles Valves, KSB Valves. The company is an extended hand of the renowned Pooja Group established in 1982 and Head quartered in Surat Gujarat.

Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Mumbai for a Sales Engineer/Sr. Sales Engineer specializing in pumps, motors, and valves. The role involves identifying sales opportunities, providing technical support to customers, assisting in the selection of suitable solutions, and building strong client relationships. Responsibilities include collaborating with the technical team to address customer requirements, preparing quotes, and overseeing the sales process from inquiry to delivery. The Sales Engineer will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and achieving the company's sales targets through efficient communication and service.

Qualifications

• Proven expertise in Sales Engineering and Sales, focusing on pumps, motors, and valves.
• Strong technical support skills with the ability to understand and address customer-specific technical requirements effectively.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build and maintain client relationships.
• Previous experience in Customer Service, including resolving client inquiries and providing timely solutions.
• Proficiency in understanding mechanical or electrical engineering concepts is highly beneficial.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
• Diploma or bachelor's degree in mechanical, Electrical, or related Engineering discipline is preferred.
• Prior experience in sales of industrial equipment, particularly in pumps, motors, valves, or related fields, is a strong advantage.
